This seminar will feature presentations by attorneys Chae Yun Kim, Seo Yeon Ahn, and Byoungkwon Oh from Law Firm LIN, covering the following topics:

Presentation Theme: Asset Management Strategy in Korea
Korean asset laws are rapidly evolving, with increased use of living trusts for stable wealth transfer and tighter real estate regulations for non-residents. This seminar will provide strategies to navigate these critical legal and market changes.

Topics include:

• Overview of inheritance and statutory share of inheritance in Korea
• Strategic asset management via testamentary substitute trusts
• Acquisition of Korean assets by non-residents

Additionally, during the Q&A session, attorney Woohyuk Joo, licensed in Texas and Washington State, will join to answer questions related to immigration law and visa issues.
