MISSION STATEMENT

  

The mission of the Korean American Association and Community Center of Houston (“KAACCH”) is to serve and advance the interests of the Korean American community in the greater Houston area by promoting and preserving Korean culture and history, offering language and other educational programs, and supporting efforts to engage with and volunteer in the local Houston community. In furtherance of its mission, KAACCH shall endeavor to do the following: 

· Celebrate and share Korean culture, heritage and history with the local Houston community through various events and social programs.

· Provide language courses and other educational and training programs to help both students and adults in the local Houston community. 

· Help the Korean American community further integrate into the local Houston community by promoting volunteer and community service opportunities, collaborating with other local organizations, and encouraging participation in the democratic process. 

· Offer and support opportunities for members to network and organize additional programs to further promote KAACCH’s mission.
